Casemiro Highflow filter housing

Tovenco’s filter housing is used as our standard choice when designing kitchen hoods. The Casemiro filter housing can be equipped with Highflow filters that can handle high flows and have easy maintenance.

Construction

The casing is made of stainless steel sheet quality EN 1.4301 non-magnetic, with welded bottom part, otherwise spot welded. The duct connection is for round duct but can be obtained for rectangular duct on request. A damper is available for adjusting the air flow. The filter cassette is easy to remove for cleaning. Under the filter housing there is a drip tray for collecting grease.

For wall mounting, the filter housing is supplied with a single row of filters.
For center placement, the filter housing is equipped with double rows of filters.

Highflow filter

Highflow filters have lamellae that allow the air to change direction several times. The separation takes place towards the edges of the lamellae and the grease then flows down. At higher air speeds, the separation is better but the noise level is higher. A labyrinth filter has the same pressure drop all the time even when it is dirty.

Highflow filters are available in the sizes:

• 5033: 500 x 330 x 25 mm
• 5050: 500 x 500 x 25 mm
