Casemiro Cyclone filter housing

Casemiro Cyclone is a standard choice in Tovenco ventilation ceilings and is also used in a wide range of kitchen hoods. Equipped with cyclone filter F – 500×330, Casemiro offers efficient grease separation while maintaining airflow and stable pressure drop over time.

Construction

The filter housing is made of brushed stainless steel, quality EN 1.4301, which provides a durable and hygienic surface. As standard, the unit is supplied with round duct connections, but rectangular connections are available as a special order. At the bottom, the unit is equipped with one or more grease collection cups for efficient handling of the grease separated in the cyclone filters.

The cyclone filter contains several cyclones where the air flow is directed both at the top and at the bottom. The rotating movement of the cyclones causes grease particles to separate from the air and collect at the bottom of the filter. A major advantage of this technology is the constant pressure drop, even with contaminated filters. The filter has been tested and verified by the Ventilation Center’s laboratory in Enköping.
