Product fault report

Before reporting a fault, please check that the product is covered by the warranty. Tovenco provides a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery from us. Applies to manufacturing and material defects that can be found during normal use in private use. The warranty does not cover improper care, connection or installation, defects caused by external influences (eg thunderstorms) and defects in the electrical installation. Lamps are consumables and are not covered by the warranty.

Please note that a photo of the nameplate must be attached in order for the fault report to be processed. Please attach a receipt/invoice. In order for the case to be processed, approval of our terms and conditions must be made.

    I hereby accept that the cost of at least SEK 1070 + any travel expenses and spare parts, for service during the warranty and warranty period will be charged to the holder / defect claimant of the product:

    • No fault can be found.

    • The failure is due to incorrect installation, failure caused by external influences, incorrect handling, carelessness or lack of maintenance & cleaning.

    • the product has been used for something other than its intended purpose

    • The product has been previously repaired by unauthorized personnel and/or with other than original parts.

    • The product is not covered under the applicable insurance conditions.

    • Not guaranteed under current legislation.
