Right of withdrawal

When purchasing goods on Tovenco’s Online Shop, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase by notifying order@tovenco.se within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer’s representative receiving the ordered goods (the withdrawal period).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to the Customer’s instructions or that have otherwise been clearly personalized. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods that can be returned unassembled, unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping in the event of a canceled purchase. Returned goods must be returned in the original packaging. When returning, the Customer bears full responsibility that the goods arrive at Tovenco in perfect condition.
