Return of product

All returns must be authorized by Tovenco.

Products that have been assembled cannot be returned. Special covers or products with special dimensions or special colors cannot be returned. As each cover is unique, some deviations may occur (e.g. color shade and structure) on the plate and are thus no reason for return. The return and RMA form must be correctly filled out and also sent with the packaging being returned. Returns must be made in the original packaging.

A 20% return fee is deducted from the purchase price. Returns older than 60 days are not considered. In the case of a product damaged in transit, the transport company must be notified within 7 days. In the event of later notification, the return is not approved.

Return shipping is arranged by Tovenco but paid by the customer. The form is filled in by the retailer.
