Product fault report<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Before reporting a fault, please check that the product is covered by the warranty. Tovenco provides a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery from us. Applies to manufacturing and material defects that can be found during normal use in private use. The warranty does not cover improper care, connection or installation, defects caused by external influences (eg thunderstorms) and defects in the electrical installation. Lamps are consumables and are not covered by the warranty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that a photo of the nameplate must be attached in order for the fault report to be processed. Please attach a receipt\/invoice. In order for the case to be processed, approval of our terms and conditions must be made. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
